Reserve Brookwood Point Conservation Area

  • Dream it.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe it’s an enchanting wedding, or perhaps it’s a sunset cocktail party, perhaps it’s a baby shower or bridal shower, or even a birthday party: whatever it is, the venue can make all the difference.

Please contact Cherise Tolbert via email (Cherise@otsegolandtrust.org) or by phone 607-547-2366 to ask questions or to book a tour and experience the enchantment of Brookwood for yourself.

  • Plan it.

You will want to reserve your space as early as possible to secure your date. One of our team will assist you in booking your date and working out what you may need at Brookwood Point for your event. When planning on a budget, you should know that Brookwood Point, run by a non-profit, is one of the most affordable venues in the county, and its setting is hard to match.

    Amenities include:

    Bathroom

    Lakefront garden

    Grass lawn for tents

    Parking

  • Enjoy it.

All proceeds from renting Brookwood Point go towards Otsego Land Trust, a non-profit working to improve the quality of life throughout the Upper Susquehanna region by working with landowners and partners to protect and conserve fields, forests, and waterways forever. By renting Brookwood Point, your event benefits a good cause.

Savor the moment, smell the flowers, and realize how special it is to be at the headwaters of the Chesapeake waterway, on a historically significant landscape, seeing some of the oldest mountains on earth, while beholding the famous “Glimmerglass.”
